Beyonce Redefines Sasha FIERCE in Leather

Yesterday marked an all-American holiday: Superbowl Sunday.

This sports event has, in the past, harbored various great performances from both the football players and the halftime performances. For the 2013 Super Bowl XLVII halftime show, Beyonce Knowles performed an outstanding, spectacular show that shunned Janet Jackson's scandalous peek-a-boob performance to the recesses of our minds (although that nip-slip cannot be unseen).

Beyonce redefines Sasha Fierce and brings forth a grand event that puts her lip-synching rumors to rest by demonstrating just how amazing her live performances are. Needless to say, we were awed by her grace, beauty, and her fierce leather ensambles.

According to +People Magazine, Beyonce's lacey leather get-up was created by Rubin Singer, a little-known designer who once was the associate designer for Oscar de la Renta. Rubin Singer designed all the wardrobes for Beyonce, Michelle Williams, and the 100+ backup dancers, who all donned leather looks to match the fierce Queen Bey.

So what did us at Kaii notice from Beyonce's memorable performance?: "Leather, black-on-black, and mod chic...Hey. We've got that at Kaii!"
